Is CIVICS-EXAM a freeware? Does the preparation for civics test include multiple learning levels? The preparation for civics test includes four learning levels: Which learning level simulates the civics test? The learning level four is an accurate simulation of the civics test.

How many questions must the applicant answer correctly at the learning level four to pass the civics test? The difficulty of the level four is an exact equivalent to the difficulty of the real civics test. Accordingly, the level four is an exact simulation of the real civics test. To have a satisfactory chance to pass the civics test, an applicant must answer correctly at least 60 out of 100 questions at the level four. To have an excellent chance to pass the civics test, an applicant must answer correctly all 100 questions at the level four.

How many questions must the applicant answer correctly at the learning levels one, two, and three to satisfactory answer questions at the level four? To have a chance to satisfactory answer questions at the level four, an applicant must answer correctly all 100 questions at the level two. To have a chance to answer all 100 questions at the level two, an applicant must answer correctly all 100 questions at the level one. The learning level three is different. While the learning levels one and two improve applicant's use of memory, the level three improves applicant's understanding of correct answers. There is no specific number of questions an applicant must answer correctly at the level three in order to have a chance to satisfactory answer questions at the level four. However, the level three is essential and it prepares the applicant to the level four. All four levels are essential elements of the system to prepare the applicant for the civics test.

Is there any similarity between the CIVICS-EXAM and the USCIS "Naturalization Self Test"? The USCIS "Naturalization Self Test" is similar to the learning level one of the CIVICS-EXAM. The similarity is that both allow you to view all answering options simultaneously. However, the USCIS "Naturalization Self Test" is too simple: for each question, there are only four answering options. In contrast, the CIVICS-EXAM offers as many as fifteen answering options for each question. As mentioned above, only the difficulty of the level four of the CIVICS-EXAM is equivalent to the difficulty of the real civics test. By answering correctly all questions of the level four of the CIVICS-EXAM, the applicant completely proves the ability to pass the real civics test. In contrast, by correctly answering even all questions of the USCIS "Naturalization Self Test", the applicant does not prove any ability to pass the real civics test. The USCIS "Naturalization Self Test" is too simple not only in comparison with the real civics test but even in comparison with the level one of the CIVICS-EXAM. Accordingly, the USCIS "Naturalization Self Test" is incomplete and, as a result, does not prepare the applicant for the civics test.

Where are the 100 civics questions listed? The 100 civics questions are published by the USCIS.

How can we know the correct answers? The correct answers to 100 civics questions are also published by USCIS.

May there be correct answers others than provided by USCIS? USCIS is aware that there may be additional correct answers to the 100 civics questions.

May the applicant respond to the civics questions using the answers others than provided by USCIS? Applicants are encouraged to respond to the civics questions using only the answers provided by USCIS.

Are the answers to the civics questions the same for all applicants? The answers to the civics questions covered by CIVICS-EXAM-12 are the same for all applicants. In contrast, the answers to some of the civics questions covered by CIVICS-EXAM-100 and CIVICS-EXAM-20 depend on the state or territory where the applicant lives. Accordingly, you must select a version of our software with respect to the state or territory of your residence.

Accordingly, to open the file, you must have the Adobe Reader installed on your computer. The latest version of the Adobe Reader can be downloaded from the Adobe Website.

Note: The (free) Adobe Reader and the (commercial) Adobe Acrobat are different programs. Do not try to open the CIVICS-EXAM by the Adobe Acrobat (or by the Adobe Reader, version older than 6).
